  1. hi,
i have a question about the fair isle and left hand classes. is fair isle intended for those knitters that already knit fairly proficiently w both hands or mostly continental? i think i would like to take a colorwork class but i’m not sure which one i should start with for my skill level.

    thanks!

Beckah – I have taken the fair isle class and I only knit with one hand. Nancy walks you thru quickly how to use both hands. Skill level is knitting, purling and the willingness to try something new.
The left hand class focuses on switching to using only your left hand.

      Hope that helps,

Hello, I clicked on the registration link and found a discrepancy in the prices. For Fair Isle, the description lists $45 early bird and $50 regular. The ticketing site is priced at $55 and $60. I will wait until I hear from you before I register. I checked a few others; some classes have matching prices, others have the same error. Thanks, Linda
